The short version. Fablecart is where brands and creators find each other and agree, in writing, what will be made. The agreement is between the brand and the creator; Fablecart keeps the record. Payment is arranged directly between them today, and Fablecart records it without holding or moving the money.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Fablecart at fablecart.com. By creating an account you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

Fablecart is operated by Fablecart (Private) Limited (“we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Pakistan with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (registration number 0361474), whose registered office is at E-121-2-A, Alfalah Town, Bedian Road, Lahore Cantonment, Lahore 54000, Punjab, Pakistan. These terms are an agreement between you and Fablecart (Private) Limited.

2. Who can use Fablecart

You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Fablecart for a business or an agency, you confirm you are allowed to act for it, and these terms bind it too.

3. Your account

Keep your details accurate and your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once at hello@fablecart.com if you think someone else has used it.

4. What Fablecart does

Fablecart lets brands and agencies find creators, publish campaigns and book work, and lets creators publish packages, apply to campaigns and agree deliverables. It keeps the record of what was agreed, what was handed in, what was approved and what was paid.

Fablecart is not a party to the work.The agreement for each order is between the brand and the creator. We do not employ creators, and we do not guarantee any creator's work or any brand's payment.

Fablecart is in early access. Features may change, and some are marked as coming soon until they are built.

5. Deliverables agreements

  • Each order has an agreement listing every deliverable, its due date, revision rounds and usage rights, and the price and payment terms. One side sends a version and the other accepts it, asks for changes or declines. Nothing starts until a version is accepted.
  • An accepted version cannot be edited by anyone. A change is a new version the other side has to accept, except a brand moving a due date later, which applies at once and is recorded.
  • A deliverable the brand does not review within five days of its hand-in is approved on the brand's behalf, and the record says so.
  • Every version and its answer stay on the order's record for both sides to see.

6. Payments

Today, brands pay creators directly, outside Fablecart, on the terms in the accepted agreement. Fablecart records the payment terms and the payments each side declares and the other confirms. Fablecart does not hold, move or guarantee money, and does not check payment records against any bank.

Tax is between the brand and the creator. The agreement records whether the agreed price is before or after any tax the brand withholds; Fablecart does not withhold, calculate or advise on tax.

7. Content and usage rights

Creators own the content they make. A brand may use delivered content only as the accepted agreement says: the creator posts it, the brand may post it too, or the brand may run it as advertising, for the term the agreement states.

You keep ownership of what you upload to Fablecart. You give Fablecart a licence to store, display and process it to run the service, including showing what you publish on your public page. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies on an order record the other side still relies on.

8. Connecting Instagram

Connecting Instagram is optional and also subject to Instagram's own terms. Figures on Fablecart come from Instagram as Instagram provides them; we do not edit them, and we cannot promise they are complete or free of Instagram's own errors. You can disconnect at any time.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • buy, sell or fake followers, engagement or results, or misrepresent your audience or your business;
  • post or deliver content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringes someone else's rights, or harasses anyone;
  • take work or payment arrangements off an accepted agreement to avoid its terms;
  • scrape, copy or resell Fablecart's data, or try to get around its security or limits.

Creators label paid partnerships as Instagram and the applicable law require.

10. Disputes between brands and creators

If something goes wrong on an order, the brand and the creator resolve it between them, using the agreement and the record on the order. Fablecart can share that record with both sides but does not decide disputes or pay out on them.

11. Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using Fablecart and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

12. Our responsibility

We work to keep Fablecart available and accurate, but during early access it is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Fablecart is not responsible for losses arising from agreements between brands and creators, from payments arranged between them, or from data provided by third parties such as Instagram. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility the law does not allow us to limit.

13. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update the date at the top and, for a change that matters, email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Fablecart after that means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
